   FPS, Inc. is owned and operated by James (Jim) Webb: a former police officer and administrator, undercover narcotics officer, SWAT commander and polygraph examiner.  After retiring from a sheriff's office in Oregon, he went to the Yuma, AZ police department, managing their polygraph operations.  In 2005 he was recruited by the CIA in Langley, VA, becoming a supervisor in the most elite polygraph program in the world.  Jim has conducted well over 10,000 examinations all around the globe and after retiring for the second time, he continues to provide contract services for several federal programs.  

   Jim is also an author and lecturer.  His most recent publication, "Monster Games:  Unveiling the mind of the pedophile," was written to provide schools, churches, and non-profits with an innovative method to identify sex offenders and protect children.

   Jim is a recognized expert in polygraph, behavioral assessment, elicitation, cognitive interviewing, and interrogation.  Using the polygraph and his expertise in interviewing, he has helped apprehend spies, terrorists, serial pedophiles, and murderers.  Jim is respected not only for his ability to detect deception, but also for his ability to verify truthfulness.  Exonerating the innocent is just as important as catching the guilty.
